Week 1 - Monthly Topic & Discussion
Each month is dedicated to an area of focus relevant to the evolvement and growth of the group. Enjoy a practical discussion complimented with applicable tools, studies, and exercises so you can immediately benefit from your learnings.
Examples of topics are trusting your intuition, honoring the messages of your body, setting boundaries, etc.
Week 2 - Journaling Prompts & Meditation
Each month, the second week is dedicated to a meditation focused on that month’s theme. You'll also receive journaling prompts designed to help you explore and deepen your healing journey related to the monthly topic, along with suggested practices to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine.
Week 3 - Kundalini Yoga
Experience a profound transformation in your life by incorporating these ancient practices into your daily routine. Week 4 - Guest Speaker
The 4th we ek of each month is dedicated to a Live Q&A sessions give members a place to ask questions and receive personalized answers to their specific questions and/or a Guest Speaker/Experience to deepen our healing journey. Practicing consistent and Radical Self-Care is the key to healing you and all those you interact with.

October's Guest Speaker
Hana Russell, Executive Director & Co-Founder of Yoga Support
This month the members of Heart Wide Open Wellness are hearing from Hana Russell, who infuses passion and empathy into her everyday practices. Yoga has completely changed her life. Having experienced many personal hardships, she connects with others on a raw level to help the growth process begin. She completed her first yoga training in 2016 and has since become a 500 hr RYT and Yoga Therapeutic Specialist with Yoga Medicine. From this place of inspiration, she co-founded Yoga Support in 2017 to help rehab those who had gone through brain surgery, brain cancer/tumor or a Traumatic Brain Injury. Through a heart connection with others, she wishes to push with permission and passion while helping you find a path to inner peace and resilience.
